In addition to retaining the existing basic functional services such as rain shelter, temporary rest, hot water tea, and temporary charging, it also launched new services such as free printing, emergency assistance for the elderly, children's entertainment, and emergency medicine cabinets. As a pilot of public welfare services for offline stores of Tongcheng Travel, this Tongcheng Station mainly covers more than 30 cities including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, and Xi'an.
At the same time, the city volunteer team established by Tongcheng Public Welfare was established simultaneously, hoping to provide timely and effective help "nearby" when residents need it.
It is reported that the landing store is a new extension of the public service scene and service crowd in the same journey station. Compared with the hotel scene, the stores are mainly concentrated around the community or near the community business, and are closer to the local residents, which can provide faster and more direct help. For example, the launch of emergency assistance for the elderly is mainly to consider the elderly whose children are not around, who will encounter temporary lifting of heavy objects, mobile phone use and other situations that require human assistance. Free printing is mainly convenient for residents who print materials such as children's homework. Rain shelter, temporary rest, hot water tea, and temporary charging are open to all people in need for free, especially in summer, which can solve the problem of temporary rest for some outdoor workers and sanitation workers.
In addition, Tongcheng Station has also joined with Tongcheng Public Welfare to recruit Tongcheng volunteer teams in the above-mentioned cities, which can provide timely human assistance when community residents or other groups of people need to come to the door or other emergencies.
