The long-range Xinghan G hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck has the advantages of long battery life, high reliability, large power and significant economy. The vehicle is equipped with H150 hydrogen reactor, including 6 390L hydrogen storage tanks, with an effective hydrogen storage capacity of 54 kg. With the help of 88.29kWh power battery, the vehicle can last up to 550km. In terms of reliability, the safety of the hydrogen storage tank is strengthened remotely. The tank frame has undergone more than 20,000 fatigue tests and 120MPa blasting test tests, which can meet the requirements of 8g impact test and maximize driving safety.
In terms of power, the whole vehicle is equipped with a drive motor rated at 300kW, with a peak power of 450kW, and the power is not lost to pure electric heavy trucks and fuel heavy trucks. The motor also adopts a lightweight all-aluminum shell design, which has fewer gears, and has the advantages of simple and reliable control while reducing the total weight. In terms of economy, the comprehensive hydrogen consumption of the whole vehicle is 9 kg per 100 kilometers, which is better than the same type of heavy truck products.
