Just as people at the time couldn't imagine how the intelligent factory of Bear Electric works today: the insertion of electronic components takes only 0.14 seconds, the average time for plasticizing is only 45 seconds, AI visual inspection replaces the human eye, greatly improves the accuracy of defect detection, and more than 230,000 parts are sent out of the factory every day.
Intelligent manufacturing is the guarantee of production efficiency, but to produce products that users really need, quality control investment is essential. Bear Electric has built a test and evaluation center of about 2,000 square meters, including environmental laboratories where product parts have undergone harsh inspections such as high temperature and low temperature, acoustic laboratories that strictly test operating noise, and safety laboratories that ensure product electricity safety. These more than a dozen professional laboratories are equipped with a large number of high-precision modern testing instruments to control product quality in an all-round way, ensuring that each factory product can meet high-quality requirements and continuously improve the user experience.
