1. Complete models and excellent imaging
The UA series cameras are available in 1 million/2.30 million/3.20 million/5 million/6.30 million/12 million/20 million pixels with multiple resolutions, including black and white and color image modes. The cameras are equipped with advanced CMOS image sensors with excellent photosensitivity, outstanding color reproduction, powerful performance, and ultra-short exposure time as low as 1us, which can easily capture high-speed dynamic pictures and present excellent imaging effects.
2. Dual interface, flexible configuration
The UA series cameras offer two data interfaces, Gigabit Network and USB 3.0, which can meet the needs of machine vision applications in different scenarios.
UA-GV series 7 products use the industry's common Gigabit network interface for data transmission, with long transmission distance and strong anti-interference performance. They support POE power supply and do not require a separate external power supply. They can use the existing Ethernet infrastructure, which helps to reduce the overall cost of the vision system.
The UA-U30 series of 7 products uses the USB 3.0 interface for data transmission, providing plug-and-play convenience with extremely low latency and jitter to ensure smooth and stable data transmission.
3. Lossless compression, one step ahead
Some UA series cameras have lossless compression function. In lossless compression mode, 100% of the original image data can be completely retained, and the image data rate breaks through the interface bandwidth limit. The camera frame rate and data rate can be increased by 1.5 to 3 times, and high frame rate can be obtained at a touch.
Taking 5 million pixel industrial camera (UA5MEAGV-50M/C) as an example, in non-compressed mode, the frame rate is 24fps and the data rate is 119MB/s; in lossless compression mode, the frame rate is increased to 50fps and the data rate is increased to 252MB/s.

High frame rate cameras in the UA series, such as: UA2M3AFU30-164M/C, UA3M2ABU30-120M/C, etc., can be applied to loading and unloading flying shots, alignment bonding, mobile phone parts assembly, auto parts grabbing, guide dispensing, etc., in industrial automation processes.
2. Visual measurement
Visual measurement refers to extracting information such as edges and contours of images through visual algorithms to accurately calculate the geometric size of the target object. UA series cameras are especially suitable for visual measurement of small-sized and high-precision products, such as lithium battery size measurement, IC chip size, interval, width measurement, PCB printed circuit board component size, line measurement, etc.
3. Visual inspection
Visual inspection is mainly used to detect product surface defects, defects and other quality problems to improve product yield.
