Huang Chunming, the Party Secretary of Shangdi Sub-district, released the report on the achievements of the event. Since its launch in May this year, this competition has attracted 513 projects from around the world to sign up, an increase of 35.71% compared with last year. The participating projects cover the entire AI industry chain, including the basic layer, framework layer, model layer, and application layer. Among them, there are 211 projects from outside Beijing and overseas, accounting for 41.13%, with an increase of 71.5%, highlighting the growing international influence of the event. The quality of the participating projects has significantly improved. The proportion of those with master's or doctoral degrees and above is 62.9%, and there are 177 overseas returnees. The participating entities cover national high-tech enterprises, specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative "little giants", unicorn enterprises, etc., with a total of 5,650 intellectual property rights.
Meanwhile, this year's competition has innovatively set up special sessions for Singapore overseas, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. For the first time, it has established a "global radiation" talent introduction channel, further highlighting the global innovation network connection capacity and brand influence of the event. The competition has also joined hands with the Disabled Persons' Federation of Haidian District, Baidu Wenxin Large Model, iFLYTEK and other institutions to carry out special scene application competitions in areas such as technology for the disabled, general AI, and body-specific intelligence, promoting the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial demands.

At the award ceremony, the global intelligent sensor expert of the "Blue Dot Touch" project won the special prize of this competition with his disruptive innovation in the field of human-computer interaction. The fully automatic intelligent peripheral blood morphology analysis all-in-one machine, LiblibAI multi-modal creation tool, and the learnable farmland operation robot won the first prize. The disruptive live cell digital pathological imaging system and OCT industrialization innovation, the MaaS scheduling platform based on computing power network, the AI+ olfactory recognition: new quality application solution for odor digitalization and intelligence, and the key technologies for the intelligent upgrade of the 12345 hotline driven by the smart governance large model for government services won the second prize. Projects such as Xuemeng Future - a platform for decoding neural electrical signals and gesture recognition for remote interaction, DeepDesign- a large base model for industrial 3D generation with tens of billions of parameters, Noumena AI: Defining AI CMO, a globally leading real-time analysis Database, Aixue: AI tutor, and Intelligent Bionic Workstations won the third prize.
In addition, the competition also presented the Most Creative Award, the First Prize, and the Outstanding Innovation Award, Technical Implementation Award, Application Value Award, Future Exploration Award, Ingenious Idea Award, and Best Presentation Award for the Youth Artificial Intelligence Creative Display Activity, fully affirming the innovative forces that performed outstandingly in different dimensions.
During the subsequent outstanding project roadshow, the award-winning teams such as Blue Dot Touch, Qidian Xingyu, and Xinghe Zhirou, along with representatives of young people, took the stage to showcase their technological breakthroughs and application explorations in cutting-edge fields like robot tactile perception, space economy, and flexible intelligence, allowing the audience on site to directly experience the unlimited potential of artificial intelligence technology.

This competition has facilitated the signing of multiple cooperation agreements. Representatives from Shangdi Sub-district, Krypstar Innovation Services and Baidu Wenxin Large Model pressed the "start button" for the Shangdi Artificial Intelligence Incubator - Wenxin Open Source Service Station. This service station will serve as the core public technology platform for the regional artificial intelligence industry, providing full-chain support from model fine-tuning, application development to scenario verification for enterprises within the jurisdiction and outstanding projects of the competition, and injecting strong impetus into the universal application and industrial innovation of large model technology. Six enterprises, namely Shenzhi Technology, Xuemeng Future Technology, Xiguang Technology, Taoken Technology, Zhiqian Technology and Hong Kong Zhongrui Bicheng, signed landing agreements with the "Shangdi UPSIDE" artificial intelligence industry incubator.
