The true speed of megawatt ultra-fast charging sets a new standard
Take the latest megawatt ultra-fast charging heavy-duty truck model as an example, its carrying capacity is as high as 528 kilowatt-hours. Thanks to the joint design and definition by Huawei and its ecosystem partners, it has successfully overcome technical challenges such as the lifespan of power batteries, the limited heat dissipation of the entire vehicle, and the obstruction of charging power. It has achieved a 3.5C charging rate and solved the heat dissipation problem of high-power charging. In commercial scenarios, Huawei's megawatt supercharger has been tested to provide a continuous and stable output of high current. The charging time has been significantly reduced from one hour to "15-minute level" for heavy-duty trucks, increasing the driving range of each vehicle and truly achieving "oil and electricity at the same speed", setting a new standard for the industry's technical level.
