Recently, in the program "AI Shines China - Wu Xiaobo's Technology and Humanities Show 2025", Wu Xiaobo's team took "The Birth of a 5A Grade Tile" as the main thread and conducted an in-depth exploration of Dongpeng's Chongqing Yongchuan Intelligent Manufacturing Base. The program vividly presented how Dongpeng, through AI visual inspection, intelligent temperature control system and full-link digitalized management, integrated 5A quality throughout the manufacturing process. During the roundtable discussion, Chairman He Xinming pointed out that the "craftsmanship spirit of making a living by specializing in this field" and the firm positioning of "building a national brand and striving for industry leadership" are the foundation for the enterprise to weather economic cycles. In the 1990s, Dongpeng led the consumption trend with its industry-first imitation stone tile "Golden Flower Beige", achieving a breakthrough from 0 to 1. This enables real-time collection of production data, full-process traceability of the process, and the linkage of AI visual quality inspection and intelligent sorting. On this basis, the company will be the first in the industry to promote the establishment of a "5A Quality Classification System" that is higher than international standards.
