/PRZWT/ On January 6th, the "Tech Spring Festival" International Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2026) opened in Las Vegas, the United States. Through its two industrial groups, TCL Industrial and TCL Technology, TCL jointly participated in the exhibition with three core industries: intelligent terminals, semiconductor display, and new energy photovoltaics. With the two main themes of "Screen Universe" and "AI Life", it showcased its innovative achievements in an all-round manner.

This year's CES exhibition is TCL's thirtieth-third participation. As a regular attendee of CES, TCL's booth area this year is 2,453 square meters. It has been the largest Chinese brand in terms of exhibition scale for consecutive years.

Leading the innovation of display products

Display products have become the key interactive carrier for the integration of virtual and real worlds in the AI era. From smart homes to smart cabins, TCL has accelerated the establishment of the "Screen Universe" full industrial ecosystem through a full-size and multi-scenario layout. At the exhibition, TCL showcased products such as the "Machine King" TCL X11L series, the world's first printed OLED vehicle display screen, and advanced display technologies like NXTPAPER eye-protection display.

The "King of TVs" TCL X11L SQD-Mini LED TV, which made its debut in North America, achieves five core advantages through two key technologies: Super Quantum Dot and Super Butterfly Chroma Screen. These technologies enable a global high color gamut, no color bleeding, more partitions, higher brightness, and a thinner overall size. As the pioneer and leader of Mini LED display technology, TCL has once again significantly upgraded to SQD-Mini LED technology, achieving longer stability, better color quality, and higher peak brightness compared to OLED. At the same time, it offers a global high color gamut with greater stability than RGB-Mini LED, more precise light control, and an even more exquisite appearance. Additionally, the new SQD-Mini LED TV series Q10M launched by TCL in China on the 5th has truly broken the threshold of top-level picture quality, enabling the pinnacle audio-visual experience to transcend boundaries and benefit millions of families.

TCL Star's world's first printed OLED vehicle display screen has also attracted much attention. This screen, with its extremely large size covering the passenger seat view, perfectly suits the interactive scenarios of high-end intelligent cabins. It is known that it is made with printed OLED technology, with a material utilization rate exceeding 90%, representing a high-quality and low-cost display upgrade. In October last year, the TCL Star t8 project of the world's first high-generation printed OLED production line officially started, which will accelerate the mass production of printed OLED products.

Promote the "AI in Reality" applications

Under the trend of "display + AI" deep integration, TCL actively utilizes AI innovation variables, focusing on intelligence and health, to create application-oriented AI products, and promote the practical application of "AI in reality".

As the sole carrier connecting the digital world and the physical reality, AR glasses have received increasing attention. According to data from Counterpoint Research, in the third quarter of 2025, Leeyu Innovation under TCL achieved a global market share of 24% and ranked first in global shipment volume for two consecutive quarters. The global debut TCL Leeyu X3 Pro Project eSIM integrates an eSIM communication module and 4G protocol support. Without the need for the phone to be connected to the internet, it can realize multiple functions such as making and receiving calls, multimodal AI conversations, high-quality AI real-time translation, and online streaming music, making it the first consumer-level AR smart glasses that truly possess independent communication capabilities.

Focusing on the "AI + Life" scenario, TCL Industrial presents a panoramic view of top-level AI applications. At the event, products such as the TCL Xiaolvyi new air conditioning with AI function and the TCL AiMe companion robot can bring more comfortable and healthier experiences to global users in all scenarios, including sleep and companionship. Among them, in 2024, the global production and sales volume of TCL air conditioners exceeded 20 million units, with a year-on-year growth of 29.6%.

The actual implementation of AI is attributed to TCL's firm commitment to research and development. Over the six-year period from 2019 to 2024, the company's cumulative research and development investment exceeded 60 billion yuan. As of November last year, TCL had cumulatively applied for 119,352 patents.

Strengthen global expansion and deepen technological innovation

Since launching its globalization journey in Vietnam in 1999, TCL's global expansion has been underway for 27 years. This year marks the 45th anniversary of TCL's establishment. Under the leadership of TCL's founder and chairman Li Dongsheng, who has set the goal of "recreating five TCLs overseas", TCL is continuously strengthening its industrial depth and global layout.

Take the TCL North American Regional Operating Center as an example. It serves as a sample for the development of the global high-end market. Currently, TCL has established a research and development center in Silicon Valley of the United States and set up a manufacturing base in Mexico, effectively supporting the development of its business in North America. Through integrated operations of local R&D, local production, and local marketing, TCL televisions rank second in terms of shipment volume in the North American market. As a global partner of the Olympics, TCL has deepened communication with global consumers through "sports + culture". In North America, TCL has sponsored the 3rd anniversary of the NFL Professional Football League and sponsored the Hollywood TCL China Theatre for its 13th anniversary.

In the future, TCL will firmly adhere to the national strategic pillar and technology-intensive industry track, and move towards the upstream of the industrial chain; it will continue to increase investment in research and development, focus on the application of AI and the next-generation display technologies, and actively explore the more fundamental and cutting-edge "technical deep-water zone".
