Zhu, who has been with Vakifbank for less than a month, is unable to speak Turkish or English, but at a warm-up match on the same day, she began to communicate independently with her coaching teammates without an interpreter. Despite the language barrier, Zhu's ability to adapt quickly helped her integrate into the team, said coach Goodty.

Goodti also praised Zhu as a phenomenon player.
Goodty: She's so talented, she's so good, everybody loves her, everybody wants to play with her. The coaches are willing to teach her. We're all excited to have her on our team. She's a phenomenon.
It is understood that Zhu Ting will accompany the team to Manila in the Philippines on the 18th of this month for the Club World Cup. The new Turkish Women's Volleyball League season will kick off at the end of October.
