China Mobile's "Clairvoyant" built 150 demonstration villages in the first batch of Hebei Rural Vitalization Digital Intelligence platform, forming a benchmarking effect, which was quickly replicated to 900 villages and towns in Hebei Province. The platform involves many fields such as intelligent party building, rural comprehensive governance, rural assistance and benefit, digital-intelligent agriculture, grass-roots medical care, rural education, etc. Relying on technologies such as the Internet of Things, 5G, cloud computing, big data, and AI, the platform provides services through both computer and mobile devices to promote the precision of agricultural and rural production and operation, intelligent management services, and digitalization of rural governance. This will provide strong support for all-round rural revitalization.
Number of wisdom platform to build rural security line
China Mobile's "Clairvoyant" digital intelligence platform was put into use last December in Baijiazhuang village, Gaoipu Town, Shunping County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, providing cloud broadcasting, intelligent party building and other services. Combined with nine high-definition cameras covering all key public points in the village, Baijiazhuang has initially formed an intelligent rural social security prevention and control system, building a security line for local villagers. After the villagers who have been working outside for many years and are homesick for their families learned about the construction of digital village in Shunping, they immediately installed smart cameras at home and accessed the digital Village platform through mobile phones, so that they could know the situation at home at any time, talk with their families in real time, and check the latest situation at home in the past week through the cloud review function. A villager feedback: "Since the installation of the mobile camera, no matter how far away from home, outside can see the situation of the home, feel much more secure." Up to now, more than half of the villagers in the village have connected to the Suzhicun platform and installed more than 110 smart cameras.
Wise Party building improves the level of party building in rural areas
Recently, China Mobile's "clairy-eye" digital intelligence platform was installed and applied in Daying Town, Zaoqiang County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. The intelligent Party building function of the platform helped the town solve the problems of grassroots party and government management. The party building management personnel can solve the party member study, mass activities, government affairs and other management problems with a click of the mouse, the party building work efficiency is greatly improved. Villagers can also upload opinions and suggestions, apply for participation in volunteer activities, and consult policies through the APP.
Smart broadcasting helps rural culture flourish
Loudspeaker radio was once one of the main sources of information in the countryside. In January this year, Duanmuliang Village, Xiaochang Town, Guyuan County, Hebei Province, held the unveiling ceremony of the "Digital Village" demonstration village, which was officially connected to the "Rural revitalization" Suzhi platform and the "Village Access" intelligent cloud broadcasting system equipped with Suzhi platform, which can relay radio programs, publicize government laws, regulations and policies, and issue emergency warning information. A unified, interconnected, safe and reliable emergency broadcasting system has been formed among all broadcasters to better serve the society and the masses. During the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus epidemic, the system has also played a pivotal role, ringing on time every day to remind villagers to pay strict attention to personal hygiene, maintain safe social distancing, and advocate frequent hand-washing, frequent ventilation and no gathering.
At present, in 900 villages and towns such as Baijiazhuang Village, Daying Town and Duanmuliang Village in Hebei Province, China Mobile's "clairvoyant" digital-intelligence platform not only solves the livelihood demands of villagers through information means, but also provides "intelligent brain" for comprehensive rural management.
